Remarks
Sets the new horizontal position of the given graphic item. The current horizontal position can be obtained through the WaveformAnalyzer.GraphicItemHorzPositionGet method.

Unique identification number assigned to the graphic item.
The unique identification number of a graphic item is generated using one of the following methods:

The new start position of the item expressed in milliseconds.
The call to this method fails if the specified position is less than 0 or higher than the total duration of the sound currently loaded into the editor

nEndPosInMs
|
The new end position of the item expressed in milliseconds (parameter ignored for vertical lines)
