Remarks

 

Sets the cursor to display, from an existing cursor handle (HCURSOR), when the mouse hovers the control's area.

Handle of the control returned by a previous call to the WaveformScroller.Create method

hCursor

Handle of the cursor to apply. If this parameter is set to 0 an eventual cursor set through a previous call to this method will be reset.
