Remarks
Steps to the previous video frame. This method can be called only when the video playback is in paused or stopped state; the current status can be obtained through the GetPlayerStatus method.
Not all video codec support frame stepping: certain video codecs like MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 will change the displayed frame only after a few calls to this method.
