Modifies the graphical settings for the given graphic bar. Current settings can be obtained through the GraphicBarsManager.GetGraphicalSettings method.

hWndGraphicBar	Handle of the control returned by a previous call to the GraphicBarsManager.Create method
settings	Object of class GRAPHIC_BAR_SETTINGS containing the graphical settings of the graphic bar.
