Retrieves the current graphical settings for the given graphic bar. Settings can be modified through the GraphicBarsManager.SetGraphicalSettings method.

hWndGraphicBar	Handle of the control returned by a previous call to the GraphicBarsManager.Create method
settings	Reference to the object of class GRAPHIC_BAR_SETTINGS that receives in output the graphical settings of the graphic bar.
