Remarks

Retrieves the current Tempo percentage for the playback stream. The Tempo percentage can be modified calling the RecordedSound.PlaybackTempoSet method.

fTempoPerc	Reference that, on return from the method call, will contain the Tempo variation expressed in percentage; supported values are from -90 to 90.
