Remarks
Loads graphic settings of the TracksBoard from a XML file previously saved through the TracksBoard.SettingsSave method.
The XML file contains all settings stored inside the various TracksBoard data structures: TRACKSBOARD_GENERAL_SETTINGS, TRACKSBOARD_RULERS_SETTINGS, TRACKSBOARD_SCROLLBARS_SETTINGS and TRACKSBOARD_WAVEFORM_SETTINGS.
