Modifies the graphical settings for the given graphic bar. Current settings can be obtained through the WaveformScroller.SettingsGet method.

Parameter	Description

hWndWaveformScroller	Handle of the control returned by a previous call to the WaveformScroller.Create method
settings	Address of a structure of type WSCROLLER_SETTINGS containing the waveform scroller new settings.
