Remarks
Obtains the size of the music CD identifier frame (MCDI) of the ID3V2 tag.
You can know if the music CD identifier frame is available inside the ID3V2 tag by enumerating available unique frames, through the combination of the TagsReader.ID3V2_UniqueFramesCountGet and TagsReader.ID3V2_UniqueFramesIdGet methods, then by checking if one of the calls to the TagsReader.ID3V2_UniqueFramesIdGet method returns the "MCDI" value.
