Callback delegate invoked every time the displayed range of the TracksBoard is changed after a zooming operation or after a scrolling operation or after a call to the TracksBoard.DisplayRangeSet method: this callback can be set through a call to the CallbackTracksboardRangeSet method.

The usage of this delegate is alternative to the TracksBoardDisplayRangeChange event.
