How to report bugs to our technical support

If you should experience problems using the control, you are encouraged to contact our customer support specifying the following topics:

 

Operating system (Windows XP, Vista, 7, etc.) and version; if using a Windows NT based system (like Windows 2000 and Windows XP), specify which Service Pack has been installed.
Name, Release and Version of the programming environment (e.g. Visual Studio.NET 2008).
Eventually, create a log file generated by the Microsoft's DxDiag.exe application and send it to us for evaluation.
If possible, prepare a little project that reproduces the problem on your system: being able to reproduce the problem on our systems will speed up the problem solution.
An accurate description of the steps to reproduce the issue.

 

We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible and, if required, we will inform you when the fixed control will be available.
