Parameter	Description

UniqueID	Numerical value representing the cell's unique identifier: a control cannot have two cells with the same UniqueID
fPosLeft	Numerical value representing the new cell's left position expressed in the scale unit specified inside the CellsManager.ScaleUnit property
fPosTop	Numerical value representing the new cell's top position expressed in the scale unit specified inside the CellsManager.ScaleUnit property
