Remarks

Loads graphic settings of the waveform analyzer from a memory buffer containing a XML file previously saved through the WaveformAnalyzer.SettingsSave method.

The XML file contains all settings stored inside the various waveform analyzer data structures: WANALYZER_GENERAL_SETTINGS, WANALYZER_RULERS_SETTINGS, WANALYZER_SCROLLBARS_SETTINGS and WANALYZER_WAVEFORM_SETTINGS.

pBuffer	Input buffer containing the waveform analyzer settings in XML format.
nBufferLength	Length of the input buffer expressed in bytes
