If you should experience problems using the control, you are encouraged to contact our customer support specifying the following topics:
|•||Operating system (Windows XP, Vista, 7, etc.) and version; if using a Windows NT based system (like Windows 2000 and Windows XP), specify which Service Pack has been installed.|
|•||Name, Release and Version of the programming environment (e.g. Visual Basic 6 SP5 or Visual Studio.NET 2003).|
|•||Eventually, create a log file generated by the Microsoft's DxDiag.exe application and send it to us for evaluation.|
|•||If possible, prepare a little project that reproduces the problem on your system: being able to reproduce the problem on our systems will speed up the problem solution.|
|•||An accurate description of the steps to reproduce the issue.|
