Remarks

Zooms in the TracksBoard: the zoom capability is limited to the number of peaks available for rendering the waveform of items added to the session.

In case of a resize operation, the CallbackTracksBoardRange delegate is invoked.

bHorizontal

Boolean flag that specifies if the zoom should be performed horizontally or vertically
